Ten years later, that mission has sparked a movement. Today, Black Diamond Weekend is a regional staple and growing national destination—offering high-impact panels, curated networking, culture-forward experiences and business-building opportunities that turn ideas into action.

Where It All Began

Launched by Black BRAND, the Black Chamber of Commerce of Hampton Roads, Black Diamond Weekend began with a bold mission: To create a space where Black professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and changemakers could come together to collaborate, grow, and thrive.
